About
Shannon Fitzpatrick Thomas
Everyone has mental wellness, somedays we struggle more than others and that is okay! I am currently offering counseling services for
pre-teens ages 11-13, adolescents ages 14-17, and adults. My sessions are offered via Telehealth (Delaware, New Jersey and Pennsylvania residents only) or in-person at my office, located in Newtown Square, PA. I specialize in anxiety management, women's wellness, work related stress, students in private schools and our First Responder Community.

My Experience
As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I believe in using a collaborative process with my clients to inspire change and improve quality of life. By creating a safe environment, it helps you to speak about experiences in a reflective way. My goal is to help alleviate emotional pain, assist you in developing a more complete understanding of your experiences, develop effective coping strategies, and establish a path to future success.
